ORIGINOPS TERMS OF USE
Effective: September 16, 2026
These terms govern access to the OriginOps Office Equipment program. By signing in or using the program, you agree to them.
1. AUTHORIZED USE
Use the program only for your company's authorized equipment records, workflows, reports, documents, and related business operations.
2. ORIGINOPS OWNER CONTROL
The OriginOps workspace owner has final administrative authority over the workspace. The owner may create, approve, suspend, restrict, or terminate users; assign roles and permissions; approve or reject records and imports; configure modules; view and export workspace data; preserve audit history; and change, pause, or remove program features. No user may bypass or override the owner's decisions or security controls.
This authority is subject to applicable law and any written agreement with the company.
3. COMPANY DATA
Your company is responsible for the data it enters or uploads and confirms that it has the right to use that data and its documents. OriginOps may process the data to operate, secure, support, and improve the authorized program.
4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Keep login information private. Enter accurate information. Do not share accounts, impersonate another person, upload malicious files, or use the program to violate a law, contract, or another person's rights.
5. RECORDS AND AUDIT HISTORY
Submitted records, approvals, changes, documents, and activity may be retained as part of the company's audit history. Users may not delete, alter, or hide records outside the controls provided by the owner and the program.
6. SECURITY AND AVAILABILITY
OriginOps uses access controls, authentication, private document storage, and audit records. No online service is guaranteed to be completely secure or continuously available. Report suspected unauthorized access to the workspace owner immediately.
7. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
The owner may suspend access immediately for security, policy enforcement, maintenance, nonpayment, or legal compliance. Suspension does not erase records or audit history.
8. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
The program is an operational recordkeeping tool. It does not provide legal, accounting, tax, safety, insurance, or other professional advice.
9. CHANGES
The owner may update these terms when the program, company policy, or law changes. Continued use after notice means acceptance of the updated version. A new version may require a new acceptance.
10. LIMITATION
To the maximum extent allowed by law, OriginOps and its owner are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the program. The program is provided as available and subject to the company's own backup and review procedures.
11. CONTACT
Send questions, access requests, corrections, or security reports to the OriginOps workspace owner.
